Riverdale Resort Policies
Riverdale Resort in Preston, Idaho provides visitors a refreshing escape to a natural hot springs. We encourage guests to review our hotel policies and cancellation information listed below. Should you require additional assistance of any kind, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
Reservation Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation. A credit card must be on file to stay at Riverdale Resort in the case of theft or damage to property. A credit card is required to guarantee reservation or your reservation will be forfeited to the next guest to provide one on busy weekends.
Pool Access
Pools are closed on Sunday for regular cleaning and maintenance. Guests receive free access to the pools from Labor Day-Memorial Day. Full price admission is charged to guests from Memorial Day-Labor Day. Group Discounts are available to family reunions. See management for details.
Cancellation Policy
We request that guests contact us at least 48 hours prior to their arrival date should they wish to cancel. Otherwise, guests will be charged for the first night of their stay.
Guest Check-in and Departure
Guest check-in – 2 pm. Check-out – 11 am. Stay’s extending beyond 11 am will be charged for an additional night.
Smoking Policy
Riverdale Resort is proud that each of our guest rooms are smoke-free. We kindly ask that you help keep our smoke-free rooms just that. Guests found to be smoking in guest rooms will be charged $100 per day for deep-cleaning. We further thank you in advance for limiting your use of tobacco products.
Room Occupancy
Due to fire regulations room occupancy is limited to 3 guests in a single king room and 4 guests in a double queen room. Additional guests will require purchase of another hotel unit.
Pets
We apologize that pets are not permitted at the Riverdale Resort Hotel, with the exception of properly-documented service animals for guests with special needs. We would be happy to assist you in locating local boarding. We recommend

Special Assistance
Riverdale Resort aims to accommodate guests with disabilities. However, at this time we feature only one wheelchair accessible guest room. All common areas of the hotel are also accessible by wheelchair. Should you require special assistance, please let us know in advance so that we can assure that your visit is hassle-free and memorable.
